We have implemented an external grievance mechanism aligned with international performance standards to efficiently address and resolve our stakeholders’ suggestions and concerns.

With in the scope of our External Grievance Mechanism Procedure, we evaluate your anonymous or named requests without discrimination.

Steps

In accordance with our mechanism procedure our steps are:

  • Evaluation of complaints within 5 business days
  • Finding solutions within 15 business days
  • Submission of solution within 1 month.
    We definitely inform our stakeholders if the solution period is extended.

We seek feedback from our stakeholders to determine if the proposed solution meets their needs. If it is deemed insufficient, we work on finding alternative solutions.
