With in the scope of our External Grievance Mechanism Procedure, we evaluate your anonymous or named requests without discrimination.
Steps
In accordance with our mechanism procedure our steps are:
- Evaluation of complaints within 5 business days
- Finding solutions within 15 business days
- Submission of solution within 1 month.
We definitely inform our stakeholders if the solution period is extended.
We ask whether the solution is suitable for our stakeholders. If it is not sufficient, we look for new solutions.
