As an international company, we are looking for a – PV CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR who will work in United Kingdom.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

· BS degree in construction management, electrical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field,

· >5 Years of similar experiences,

· Fluent in spoken and written English,

· Proven working experience in construction management,

· Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods,

· Understanding all facets of the construction process,

· Familiarity with construction management software package,

· Ability to plan and see the “big picture”,

· Competent in conflict and crisis management,

· Leadership and human resources management skill,

· Excellent time and project management skills,

· Ability to live in remote and harsh environments.

Job Description

· Oversee and direct Solar projects from conception to completion

· Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

· Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors

· Select tools, materials, and equipment, and track inventory

· Meet contractual conditions of performance

· Review the work progress daily

· Prepare internal and external reports about job status

· Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

· Analyze,manage and mitigate risks

· Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

· Developing the program of work and strategy for making the project happen

· Planning to prevent problems on site before they occur, for example, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials

· Making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety, and the environment (HSE) are adhered to

· Using construction management software packages to plan smooth workflows

· Communicating with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, the public, and the workforce.
