Camp Manager

As an international company, we are looking for a Camp Manager based in Azerbaijan.

Responsibilities:

· Lead, coordinate, and supervise camp personnel; manage shift schedules and staff performance,

· Ensure the proper cleaning, maintenance, and functionality of the dining hall, dormitories, and all other social areas,

· Oversee the maintenance and proper operation of camp facilities and infrastructure,

· Monitor the accommodation and living conditions of both main contractor and subcontractor personnel,

· Coordinate and supervise services related to accommodation, catering, housekeeping, transportation, and security,

· Enforce camp regulations and cooperate with the site management for regular inspections,

· Plan and support the execution of social activities within the camp,

· Handle reporting and tracking related to camp operations, materials, and consumables,

· Monitor the camp budget and define purchasing needs as required,

· Work closely with the security team to ensure continuous safety and security within the camp.

Qualifications:

· Preferably university graduate (minimum: high school or associate degree),

· At least 5 years of experience in camp management within the construction industry, ideally in large-scale international or superstructure projects,

· Previous experience in military or police roles involving similar responsibilities is considered a strong asset,

· Proficient in MS Office programs,

· Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills,

· Capable of effective planning and problem-solving,

· Comprehensive knowledge of camp operations (accommodation, catering, cleaning, security, etc.),

· Team-oriented and able to adapt to intense and fast-paced site environments,

· Able to communicate in English at a level sufficient to work with international staff,

· Willing and able to work in Azerbaijan for an extended period.
