Abderrahmane Ould Abdellahi has over 18 years of executive and leadership experience in the energy sector, with achievements that include numerous multi-million-dollar in-project agreements and the establishment of solid partnerships with reputable companies. He received a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences.
He has been involved in numerous merger / acquisition / integration initiatives over the past 13 years, conducting due diligence studies and providing go/no-go recommendations, and has initiated and followed through on many major deals that have yielded both immediate and long-term benefits. Throughout the business development lifecycle, he leverages his specialized product knowledge to deliver compelling presentations, making use of his strong negotiation skills.
In the role of Chairman, he is strong motivator of the team, and is a highly respected partner and focused project executer among the senior executives. With more than 18 years of experience in client and contractor work environments, he has provided customized solutions in multi-disciplinary projects, with track record of 1000MW in completion.
He founded INTEC in December 2013, launching the first activities of the company in Germany, and has since made use of his proven expertise in increasing efficiency and productivity in the execution of projects. He held the position of CEO between 2013 and 2018, after which he took over the Chairmanship of INTEC Global.

Klaus Friedl has held several prominent positions in the solar industry. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Solar Market Development and Head of Solar Project Development at PNE AG, where he was responsible for structuring and expanding global solar project development and hybrid power plants. Prior to that, he was a senior manager at Phoenix Solar AG and subsidiaries like Phoenix Solar Yenilenebilir Enerji A.Ş., Phoenix Solar Overseas GmbH, and Phoenix Solar LLC, where he led the execution of major PV power plants and established strategic alliances and joint ventures globally. Additionally, Klaus has held leadership positions at other notable companies, where he honed his skills in market analysis, project management, and implementation of innovative solutions.

Ufuk İmir is a dedicated energy sector professional with significant experience in hydroelectric and solar power projects. Known for his expertise in financial modeling, project management, and strategic business planning. Ufuk excels in market analysis, feasibility studies, and strategic planning covering energy projects’ technical, commercial, and financial aspects. Currently, Ufuk is the Managing Director for Non-EU regions at INTEC Energy Solutions, where he oversees operations and drives strategic initiatives in renewable energy. Previously, he was the Deputy General Manager at Eser Holding – Energy Division, managing hydroelectric power plant projects, including feasibility studies, licensing, construction supervision, and operational management. He also co-founded Power Union – Solar Energy Investments, where he developed and implemented unlicensed solar projects and created simplified investment finance models.

Vehbi Ablay has over 28 years of HR Management experience with large – scale international corporations in the construction, energy, renewable energy, wholesale and international organizations sectors. He graduated from the Management Faculty of Gazi University and received a Master of Business Administration degree from İstanbul University.
In his past career, he worked at UNDP as a HR Department Manager, UHS as a Financial and Administrative Coordinator, Alarko as Global HR Manager, Metro Cash&Carry (German) HR Manager, Çalık Energy as a HR Manager, Doğan Group as a HR Director, Alacer Gold (USA) as a Sr. HR Coordinator, Dentsply (USA) as HR Director. In his current position as Chief Human Resources Officer in INTEC Energy Solutions, Vehbi is responsible for global HR Management, organizational development, team establishment, and including providing leadership and coaching support for the high-level managers in the Intec.

Kübra Koç Dağdelen has worked in marketing communication and brand management roles for businesses that operate internationally in the FMCG, legal, construction, and energy industries for more than 17 years. She graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Business Administration in 2004.
She began her professional career at Yörsan Group, where she worked in the corporate communication department. Later, she joined Hidromek Construction Machinery Company, where she worked in the marketing department as the PR & Advertising Manager. Then, she was appointed as Head of Strategy, Communication, and HR at the Notaries Union of Turkey. Since 2021, she has held the position of Director of Global Marketing & Communications at INTEC Energy Solutions.
She has in-depth expertise in brand management, corporate communication, and marketing in the field of creative and digital, international negotiations, project management, collaboration with the highest levels of government and private businesses, and people managerial functions and has extensive experience in building and implementing comprehensive business development and communication plans.

With a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s degree in Energy Engineering, Tuncay has dedicated his entire career to the renewable energy sector, leaving an indelible mark in various aspects of the field. With over 14 years of experience in the solar PV industry, he is proficient in project management, construction, design, procurement, and resource management.
Tuncay has been a driving force behind numerous renewable energy projects. His passion for sustainable solutions and technical expertise have led to the successful development and execution of innovative projects that harness the power of renewable energy sources, significantly contributing to a greener and more sustainable future.
After gaining several years of experience in the renewable energy sector, he served as Project Manager at INTEC for nearly five years and has been the Technical Director of INTEC since 2021.
Metin Beyaz

Metin Beyaz has over 15 years of Project Management experience with the achievement of large-scale and international projects in construction, renewable energy, and environment sectors. He graduated from the Engineering Faculty of Osmangazi-Eskisehir University in Civil Engineering and got a master’s degree from Ege University in Business Administration.
In his past career, he worked at Tavsanoglu Group as a Construction Manager in Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan BTC Crude Oil Pipeline Project. Later, he worked at Cementır Holding S.p.A as a Project Leader. Then he worked at Inka Group as a Project Coordinator. In his current position as Project Director in INTEC Energy Solutions, Metin is responsible for all projects in the EU, including providing leadership to Project Managers, monitoring overall progress, and ensuring projects’ quality.
Serkan Kula
Serkan Kula
Serkan Kula has experience in planning and purchasing in the field of renewable energy. He received his degree from the Energy Systems Engineering Department of the Faculty of Engineering at Korkut Ata University. His master’s degree in mechanical engineering focused on the thermodynamic study of various dryer refrigeration systems.
He has co-authored several scientific works. He held a professional Planning and Control Engineer position with TACA Group between 2014 and 2017. He has been in charge of overseeing the procurement part of large-scale projects in the photovoltaic sector. He joined INTEC in 2017 as a Supply Chain Manager.
He strives to provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity and yield from main equipment to the miscellaneous items required in every stage of a project. He increases his technical knowledge by utilizing cutting-edge techniques, and he never stops learning and training.
Halil İbrahim Keçeci
Halil İbrahim Keçeci
Halil İbrahim Keçeci graduated from the Energy Systems Engineering Department of the Faculty of Engineering at Korkut Ata University. He has ten years of extensive design and managerial experience in the renewable energy sector. He has focused his career on projects in the MENA, EU, and Turkey regions. He designed multiple solar projects with more than 1 GWp capacity globally.
He joined Intec Energy Solutions in 2017 in the role of Design Engineer and is currently the Head of Engineering. He contributed to the planning and design of the projects at INTEC that today generate 1 GW or so of electricity for use in Europe. He is currently in charge of large-scale projects. He has worked on a variety of all-solar power plant projects, including ground-mounted, rooftop, carport, greenhouse, and floating systems. He currently oversees certified design engineers and uses his in-depth knowledge of design technology to maximize productivity.
